Company is up for award in “Best Inflight Entertainment Innovation”

NAPERVILLE, IL – IdeaNova Technologies is a finalist in the 2020 Airline Passenger Experience Association/International Flight Services Association Awards in the “Best Inflight Entertainment Innovation” category for their Inplay IFE Portal. This award recognizes association members who have created a new in-flight innovation including interactive onboard and other unique offerings.

The Inplay IFE Portal offers airline passengers the ability to download and set their watchlist before getting onto the aircraft. The player includes feature-rich entertainment options such as ad-based video on demand, live TV, and games. In response to the airlines offering economy tickets that may split groups, the IdeaNova team included an integrated chat feature. This feature is within the portal and keeps people connected on the flight.

The winners will be revealed at the APEX EXPO in Los Angeles during a ceremony that takes place on Monday, September 9.
