2023 is off to an exciting start. We’ve received a grant membership in the prestigious Streaming Video Technology Alliance (SVTA)—one of just six companies awarded the grant this year. We’re now part of a global association developing solutions to address critical technical challenges in delivering high-quality video experience at scale.
Now in its sixth year, the grant program lets boutique companies, like IdeaNova, participate in and benefit from the SVTA’s mission of fostering deeper industry collaboration. The industry gets new perspectives and fresh ideas from cutting-edge start-ups to help accelerate advancements in the field.
We’ll be attending at least three member meetings each year and will participate in relevant working groups. In addition to contributing directly to SVTA efforts, we’ll have an opportunity to work side-by-side with major players in the streaming space. We’re looking forward to working with content providers like Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and airline industry ecosystem companies like Viasat, Thales, and Panasonic Avionics to improve the streaming experience for travelers.
Over 100 companies—including some of the biggest names in global streaming—participate in SVTA working group activities and quarterly face-to-face meetings. We will be attending our first meeting in Portland, OR on Feb 8 and 9.
