Back to Where It Started: IdeaNova Returns to Iowa State 

On Tuesday, September 22, IdeaNova was thrilled to return to Iowa State University for the Engineering Career Fair, connecting with talented students and sharing more about the opportunities available at IdeaNova. 

Our Co-Founder, Stephanie Siska, joined Software Engineer Joshua Westgor on campus to meet with students interested in engineering, software development, and technology careers. Throughout the day, they had the opportunity to speak with students about IdeaNova’s work, the technologies behind our products, and what it is like to be part of a team building innovative solutions for secure, digital experiences. 

A special thank you to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering for inviting our team to participate in the panel discussion. It was a wonderful opportunity to engage with students beyond the career fair floor and share insight into careers in engineering, technology, and the experiences that can help prepare students for life after graduation. 

Iowa State holds a particularly meaningful place in the IdeaNova community. Both of our co-founders are Iowa State alumni, and the university’s connection to our company extends beyond its leadership. Many of the talented team members who contributed to IdeaNova’s work today also share an Iowa State background. We are also proud to sponsor and participate in hands-on Capstone projects with ISU engineering students, helping mentor and work directly with the next wave of tech leaders. 

That connection makes returning to campus especially rewarding. We understand firsthand the value of the education, experiences, and relationships that begin at Iowa State, and we are proud to continue building that connection as IdeaNova grows. 

Meeting students who are eager to learn, ask questions, and explore what comes next in their careers is always one of the highlights of taking part in career fairs. We are grateful to everyone who stopped by to learn more about IdeaNova and to the Iowa State community for welcoming us back to campus.
