IdeaNova at AIX 2026: A Landmark Week for Inplay AI and Inflight Innovation

This year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg marked an exciting milestone for IdeaNova as we introduced Inplay AI to the global aviation community. Held at Hamburg Messe, the event brought together airlines, OEMs, and in-flight technology leaders from around the world to explore the future of passenger experience.

For our team, it was a fast-paced week filled with demonstrations, meaningful conversations, and valuable new connections. CEO Juraj Siska, CTO Janne Pelkonen, and Growth Lead Kaylee Ireland connected with industry leaders to discuss the evolving role of AI, personalization, and customized onboard experiences in the cabin.

A major highlight was showcasing Inplay AI, our onboard intelligence platform designed to deliver personalized entertainment, shopping, and destination points of interest—even without connectivity. Throughout the week, attendees saw how real-time adaptive experiences can operate seamlessly in offline and limited-connectivity environments, and the response was overwhelmingly positive.

Beyond the demos, the event created opportunities to reconnect with existing partners and meet new companies across the aviation community. A consistent theme in discussions was the growing demand for smarter, more resilient onboard systems that reduce reliance on costly or inconsistent connectivity while increasing passenger engagement and onboard retail opportunities.
